Return & Refund Policy

This policy outlines how Le Roignais handles claims, returns, and refunds. Our products are produced on demand, and certain limitations apply.

Claims for Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims submitted after this time cannot be accepted.

For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, we will cover the cost of replacement.

Reporting an Issue

If you notice any problem with your order or the products received, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the issue.

Return Address & Handling of Returned Shipments

The return address used for all shipments is the fulfillment facility listed on the package you receive. When a returned shipment is received, an automated notification will be sent to you.

Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days. If a different return address is used without authorization, you will be responsible for handling and costs associated with any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong or Insufficient Address

If the customer provides an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Reshipment costs will apply once we confirm the updated address.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs. If you do not have an account or active billing with our fulfillment system, unclaimed shipments may be donated to charity and will not be reshipped.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns of sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Face masks
  • Any sealed items opened after delivery

Any returned orders containing such items will not be eligible for reshipping or refund and may be disposed of.

Returns Initiated by the Customer

Customers should contact us before returning any items. Returns sent without prior communication may not be eligible for support.

Except for customers in Brazil, Le Roignais does not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, or size exchanges are offered solely at the customer’s expense. If you request an exchange, a new order must be placed at your expense.

Brazil Customers

Customers residing in Brazil who regret their purchase have 7 consecutive days after receiving the item to request a return. A photo of the item must be provided.

The item will be evaluated to confirm it has not been used or damaged. If the item shows signs of use or deterioration, a refund will not be possible.

European Union Customers (EU Consumer Rights)

According to Article 16(c) and 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the EU right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Because Le Roignais items are produced on demand and may include sealed or hygiene-sensitive products, returns may be refused at our discretion in accordance with EU law.

Governing Language

This policy is written and interpreted in English. Any translation made for customer convenience does not override the English version.
