Thank you for shopping with Le Roignais. Below you’ll find our shipping guidelines, including processing times, delivery estimates, and important shipping information.

1. Order Processing Time

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after production:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type
  • Weight and size
  • Destination

Some products may ship separately at no additional cost.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

You can track your order anytime using the tracking link in your confirmation email.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, the package may be returned to our fulfillment facility.

If returned, customers may be responsible for reshipping costs.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in the purchase price.

Le Roignais is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, please:

  • Check your mailbox and surrounding areas
  • Ask neighbors or building management
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number

If the package cannot be located, we offer a one-time courtesy replacement on a case-by-case basis after an official carrier investigation.

8. Multiple Shipments

Because products are made-to-order and shipped from multiple fulfillment facilities, items in your order may arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.

9. Delayed Orders

Although rare, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions

If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist you.
